The wine presents a pale straw colour with green tinges and a fresh, fragrant nose of lime blossom, lemon zest, and green apple with a characteristic mineral note. On the palate it is dry and crisp, with lively natural acidity, clean citrus and apple fruit flavours, and a clean, refreshing finish with excellent length.
