Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia, produced in a complex, textural style that sets it apart from typical expressions of the variety. Fermented wild in large-format French oak with a portion of full skin-contact, this Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, savoury, and layered — a sophisticated interpretation that reflects Vasse Felix's commitment to wines of genuine character and longevity. The wine presents a pale gold colour and an expressive nose of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle herbal complexity with a textured, almost resinous quality from the skin contact. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied with excellent natural acidity, a textured, savoury mouthfeel, and a long, dry finish.
