Vasse Felix Classic Dry White is a celebrated Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend from Margaret River, Western Australia, produced continuously by the founding estate of this internationally recognised wine region since 1987. Made primarily from Semillon with an infusion of Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is crafted in a cool-fermented style designed to emphasise vibrant fruit expression and textural elegance. The wine presents a bright pale straw colour and a fragrant, complex nose of tinned lychee, dried pawpaw, lily flower, lemon pith, and a characteristic jalapeño herbal note. On the palate it is fresh and crisp with a soft fruit core, bright natural acidity, and a clean, dry finish with lingering citrus and herbal character. One of Margaret River's most enduring white wine styles, this is a wine of precision and freshness.
