Valdespino Pedro Ximenez is a luscious dessert Sherry from one of Jerez's most historic houses — Valdespino, with roots in the Jerez region dating back to 1264. This Pedro Ximenez is made from sun-dried PX grapes producing a wine of extraordinary sweetness and concentration. Ink-black in colour with intense aromas of dried fig, espresso, dark raisin, and toffee, the palate is rich and syrupy with a finish that seems to last forever.
