Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass. The nose is fresh and inviting — green apple, basil, honey, and a touch of white pepper, with delicate floral and herbal notes in the background. The palate is smooth and light-bodied, delivering flavours of vanilla, green grape, pear, and subtle oak, with a gentle spice weaving through the mid-palate. The finish is clean, slightly sweet, and refreshingly crisp with a lingering hint of ginger and mint.

Serves Best With
Exceptional in a Highball — the signature Suntory serve. Fill a tall glass with large ice cubes, pour 45ml of Toki, and top with chilled sparkling water at a 1:3 ratio. Stir gently just once to preserve the carbonation. Also enjoyable neat or on the rocks, and pairs beautifully with Japanese cuisine, grilled chicken, sushi, or light seafood dishes.
