The wine presents a pale straw colour with green hues and a highly aromatic, expressive nose of fresh lime juice, lemon blossom, green apple, and a characteristic slate-mineral note. On the palate it is bone-dry and precisely structured with vibrant natural acidity, concentrated citrus and apple fruit, and a long, clean, mineral finish.
