This wine presents a pale straw colour with green hues and a fragrant, expressive nose of fresh lime juice, lemon blossom, mandarin, green apple, and a characteristic mineral note. On the palate it is bone-dry and precise, with focused citrus fruit, bright natural acidity, and a long, clean, mineral finish of considerable length.
