Sierra Milenario is the premium flagship range produced by Destilerías Sierra in Jalisco, Mexico. The Milenario line represents the highest tier of the Sierra portfolio, featuring tequilas that express greater complexity and character than the standard Silver and Gold expressions. The Milenario range is produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave and undergoes ageing in selected oak barrels. The expression is bottled at 41.5% ABV — a higher bottling strength than the standard Sierra range — reflecting the more premium positioning and the additional barrel complexity of the Milenario tier. On the nose, roasted agave, vanilla, toasted wood and herbal character develop with complexity. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured, with concentrated agave flavour, warm oak spice, vanilla and dried fruit. The finish is long and warming, reflecting the elevated ABV and quality of agave used. Available in a 700ml format.
