Rémy Martin XO Fine Champagne Cognac is produced by Rémy Martin, founded in 1724 and based in Cognac, France. The XO is a blend of Fine Champagne eaux-de-vie aged up to 37 years in Limousin oak. The XO expression requires a minimum age of ten years across all blending components and represents the premium tier of the Rémy Martin core range. Fine Champagne designates eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the Grande and Petite Champagne crus — two of the finest terroirs in Cognac — with Grande Champagne accounting for at least 50% of the blend. On the nose, the XO presents rich aromas of stone fruit, plum, fig, honey and subtle floral notes, underpinned by layers of toasted oak and walnut. The palate is full-bodied, complex and luxurious, with dark fruit, dark chocolate, ginger and long-aged spice. The finish is extraordinarily long and elegant.
