It blends light American whiskey and bourbon with rich layers of creamy vanilla, toasty caramel and a touch of sea salt, rounded out by subtle oak and butterscotch. The nose is creamy vanilla and rich caramel; the palate is silky and full, with a bold caramel core balanced by toasted grain and gentle whiskey spice; the finish is long, with a savoury sea-salt lift.
