Penfolds & Charles Heidsieck Cuvée Brut NV Champagne is produced in the historic Champagne region of north-eastern France, where centuries of winemaking tradition and unique chalky soils combine to create wines of exceptional character. Crafted using the traditional Methode Champenoise, in which secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, the wine develops its signature fine, persistent bubbles and creamy mousse. Aromas of brioche, toasted almonds, lemon zest and stone fruit lead to flavours of citrus, apple and pastry on the palate. The finish is long and elegant, defined by crisp acidity and the refined mineral quality characteristic of the Champagne appellation. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
