Oyster Bay Cuvée Rosé Sparkling NV is a sparkling wine from New Zealand, crafted from grapes grown in the country's renowned cool-climate wine regions including Marlborough, Hawke's Bay and beyond. New Zealand's temperate maritime climate and well-drained soils provide ideal conditions for producing sparkling wines of natural acidity, freshness and aromatic expression. This wine is produced using traditional or modern sparkling wine methods, with careful attention to preserving the varietal character and regional identity of the fruit. It presents with a pale golden or rosé colour, fine lively bubbles and a clean, persistent mousse. The nose offers aromas of fresh citrus, stone fruit and subtle floral notes, while the palate is crisp, vibrant and refreshing. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
