Umeshu is made by steeping Japanese ume plums in shochu or sake with sugar, creating a naturally sweet, fruit-forward liqueur with a distinctive sweet-sour plum character. This Yamabuki expression is beautifully balanced with intense ume fruit aroma, caramel sweetness, and refreshing acidity.
