Irish ales such as Kilkenny and Caffrey's are known for their chestnut-red colour, smooth creamy texture achieved through nitrogen dispensing, and their well-balanced flavour of toasted malt, caramel and subtle hop bitterness. Brewed with quality barley malt and traditional Irish brewing expertise, these ales are designed for easy, satisfying drinking and pair well with hearty food. The nose is malt-forward with caramel, toffee and a hint of fruit, while the palate is smooth and rounded with a gentle bitterness and a clean finish. Serve at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
