Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila is produced by Casa Cuervo at the La Rojeña distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico — established in 1795 and one of the oldest tequila distilleries in Mexico. Jose Cuervo is among the world's most widely distributed tequila brands. The Especial Silver expression is a Blanco (unaged) tequila made from a minimum of 51% Blue Weber Agave. It is double-distilled and bottled without oak maturation at 38% ABV. On the nose, light agave, citrus and a fresh, clean character are present. The palate is smooth and accessible, with fresh agave flavour, subtle citrus and a gentle pepper. The finish is clean and of medium length. Available in both 700ml and 1L bottle formats.
