Hills Virgin Apple Cider is a non-alcoholic cider crafted to deliver the refreshing apple character of a quality cider without any alcohol content, making it perfect for designated drivers, non-drinkers, pregnant guests or anyone looking to moderate their intake without missing out on flavour. Non-alcoholic ciders are produced using the same quality apple juice and fermentation techniques as their alcoholic counterparts, with the alcohol carefully removed through gentle dealcoholisation to preserve as much of the fresh apple character as possible. The result is a clean, crisp and refreshing beverage with a genuine apple flavour and natural effervescence. The nose is fresh and appley with a clean, orchard-fruit character, while the palate is crisp, lightly sweet and refreshing with a clean, dry finish. Serve well chilled at 4-6 degrees Celsius straight from the fridge.
