Hibiki Harmony is the flagship expression from Suntory's celebrated Hibiki range, widely regarded as one of the finest and most elegant blended whiskies produced anywhere in the world. Crafted by the House of Suntory, Hibiki — meaning "resonance" or "echo" in Japanese — is a masterclass in the art of blending, drawing on malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries alongside grain whisky from Chita, harmonised together by Suntory's master blenders to achieve a seamless and sophisticated whole.
The blend incorporates whiskies aged in five different cask types — American white oak, Sherry, Mizunara Japanese oak, and others — each contributing distinct layers of flavour and complexity. Mizunara oak in particular, a rare and prized Japanese wood, imparts a signature incense-like quality that is uniquely Japanese and sets Hibiki apart from blended whiskies produced elsewhere in the world. The iconic 24-faceted bottle — one facet for each of the 24 seasons in the traditional Japanese calendar — is one of the most beautifully designed packages in the spirits world and a frequent award winner in its own right.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful rose gold in the glass. The nose is complex and deeply inviting — rose, lychee, and orange peel open first, followed by layers of honey, vanilla, sandalwood, and a subtle hint of Mizunara oak incense. The palate is silky and exceptionally smooth, delivering white peach, candied citrus, toffee, and gentle oak spice in elegant balance. The finish is long, warm, and refined — fading gracefully with notes of rosewood, sweet spice, and a whisper of smoke.
Serves Best With
Best enjoyed neat or with a single drop of water to allow the full complexity of the blend to express itself. Also superb in a premium Highball with chilled sparkling water and a twist of orange peel. Pairs beautifully with delicate Japanese cuisine, charcuterie, soft cheeses, or dark chocolate.
