Herradura Silver Tequila 40% 700ml Bottle

Herradura Silver Tequila is produced by Casa Herradura at the San José del Refugio hacienda in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico. Tequila Herradura is one of the oldest and most respected tequila producers in Mexico, established in 1870 and now part of the Brown-Forman portfolio. Herradura is notable for being among the first producers to introduce the Añejo and Reposado classifications to the industry. The Silver expression is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown on Herradura's own estate in Amatitán. Uniquely among major blanco tequilas, Herradura Silver is rested for 45 days in American white oak before bottling — longer than most silvers — which contributes additional smoothness while still retaining the fresh agave character. On the nose, herbal agave, citrus and light oak are present. The palate is clean, smooth and well-defined, with crisp agave, citrus and a delicate herbal character. The finish is medium-long and clean. Bottled at 40% ABV.
