Harmans Estate Pisco Ginger is produced by Harmans Estate Winery and Distillery, located in Wilyabrup in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. Harmans Estate is one of Australia's pioneering pisco producers, making spirits from grapes grown on the estate using the traditional South American pisco-making approach adapted to Australian conditions. The Pisco Ginger expression is a pisco-based spirit infused with natural ginger, resulting in a lightly sweetened, aromatic product at 20% ABV. The ginger contributes warmth and spice to the base spirit's grape character. On the nose, the aroma combines fresh ginger, tropical fruit and citrus with the underlying character of the pisco base. The palate is smooth and gently sweet, with prominent ginger warmth and light fruitiness. The finish is warming and of medium length. Available in 700ml format.
