Green Fairy Absinthe is a traditional anise-flavoured spirit crafted in the style of classic European absinthe, a category of spirits with a history dating back to 18th-century Switzerland and France. Absinthe is distilled from a base of grain spirit infused with a precise blend of botanicals including grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), anise and green fennel, which give the spirit its distinctive character. Green Fairy presents with a naturally green-tinged colour when botanically coloured. The nose is intensely aromatic with complex herbal, anise and fennel notes over a clean spirit base. On the palate it is bold and complex with layered botanical character and a long, warming finish. Traditionally prepared with chilled water and sugar. 500ml, 70% ABV.
