Gozenshu Bodaimoto Nigori 720ml is a traditional unfiltered (Nigori) Sake from Tsuyama Shuzo in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Bodaimoto is one of the oldest sake brewing methods, dating to the 15th century at Shoryakuji Temple in Nara, and produces Sake with a distinctive rich, tangy, and complex character. This Nigori version retains some rice sediment for a creamy, white-hued appearance. The palate is rich and slightly effervescent with notes of yoghurt, koji umami, and gentle rice sweetness — a remarkable and authentic traditional Japanese Sake. Available at Cellarbrations Como.
