Fire Gully Sparkling Chenin Blanc NV is a traditional sparkling wine from the Loire Valley of France, produced from Chenin Blanc grapes - a variety celebrated for its distinctive character and versatility in sparkling wine production. The Loire Valley is one of France's most historic wine regions, known for producing wines of remarkable diversity and freshness. Chenin Blanc in its sparkling expression delivers distinctive notes of quince, honeyed apple, beeswax and vibrant acidity. This wine shows a fine, delicate mousse with persistent bubbles. Aromas of fresh apple, pear, quince and white flowers are complemented by a palate of lively acidity, subtle minerality and a refreshing, clean finish. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
