Evans & Tate is a Margaret River winery located in the South West of Western Australia, with the Redbrook property representing one of their premium estate vineyard sources. This Shiraz is crafted from fruit grown in the Margaret River wine region, a coastal area noted for its maritime climate and production of elegant, structured red wines. The wine offers lifted aromas of maraschino cherry and mulberry, accompanied by hints of green peppercorn and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, with vibrant red fruit flavours balanced by savoury undertones and well-integrated tannins that carry through to an extended finish.
