Don Santiago Mosto Verde Pisco is produced by Santiago Queirolo, one of Peru's oldest and most prestigious pisco producers, with origins dating to 1880 in Lima, Peru. The Mosto Verde style is a premium category of Peruvian pisco, produced by distilling grape must that has only partially fermented, retaining natural sugars and aromatic precursors in the base material that contribute to the spirit's exceptional fragrance and complexity. Bottled at 44% ABV in a 500ml format, this pisco is produced from selected single grape varieties — typically Quebranta, Torontel or Italia — from vineyards in the Ica Valley, Peru. On the nose, the spirit is intensely floral and fruity with grape, citrus blossom and fresh fruit. The palate is elegant and concentrated, with a silky texture and remarkable aromatic persistence. The finish is clean, long and distinctly aromatic.
