Made in the distinctive Chambéry style, Dolin Blanc is pale and delicate with characteristic floral, elderflower, and subtle herbal botanicals. The palate is semi-sweet and silky, less sugary than Italian Bianco styles. Excellent served on ice with a garnish or in light cocktail applications. A benchmark French white vermouth.
