Departed Spirits Pineapple Agave is an Australian-crafted agave-based spirit flavoured with natural pineapple, produced by Departed Spirits, an innovative craft distillery that draws on the traditions of Mexican agave spirit production. Agave spirits are made by distilling the fermented juice of the agave plant, producing spirits of distinctive vegetal, earthy and fruity character. The addition of pineapple flavour brings a tropical brightness to complement the natural agave base. The spirit presents as clear and bright. The nose is tropical and aromatic with pineapple fruit and subtle agave earthiness. The palate is smooth and flavourful with fresh pineapple notes and an agave-driven backbone leading to a clean, dry finish. Serve over ice or as a cocktail base. 500ml.
