Core Cider uses a farm-to-glass model with basket pressing and traditional fermentation, having received multiple industry awards including Best Traditional Perry and gold medals at the Australian Cider Awards. Sparkling Ginger ferments apples and pears together with ginger in a method similar to ginger beer at 8% Alc/Vol.
