Cello Limoncello is a premium citrus liqueur crafted from the zest of hand-selected citrus fruits, capturing their vibrant, aromatic oils in a smooth, sweet spirit. Made following time-honoured Italian traditions, the fresh citrus peel is steeped in neutral spirit before being blended with natural sweeteners to create a bright, intensely flavoured liqueur. The result is a refreshingly zesty, aromatic drink with clean citrus flavour and a pleasantly sweet finish. Traditionally served ice-cold as a digestif in a chilled shot glass, it is also superb over ice, mixed with sparkling water, or used as a cocktail ingredient to add vibrant citrus character. A classic expression of the Mediterranean liqueur tradition.
