Tasting Notes
Pale golden amber in the glass. The nose is light and approachable — gentle rye spice, vanilla, caramel, and a subtle fruitiness with hints of dried apple and oak in the background. The palate is smooth, light-bodied, and easy-drinking — delivering honey, soft rye grain, vanilla cream, and a mild woody sweetness, with a gentle spice building through the mid-palate. The finish is clean, short to medium in length, and pleasantly sweet with a light rye warmth.
