Tasting Notes
Pale golden amber in the glass. Light and approachable on the nose — gentle rye spice, vanilla, caramel, and a subtle fruitiness with hints of dried apple and soft oak. The palate is smooth and light-bodied — honey, soft rye grain, vanilla cream, and a mild woody sweetness, with a gentle spice building through the mid-palate. The finish is clean, pleasantly sweet, and mildly spiced with a light rye warmth.
Serves Best With
At its classic best in a Whisky and Dry — pour 45ml over ice in a tall glass, top with chilled dry ginger ale, and garnish with a wedge of lemon. Also excellent in a simple Whisky and Cola or enjoyed casually over ice. An essential, reliable pour for any bar or home entertaining occasion.
