Brown Brothers Prosecco Yuzu & Lemon NV is an Australian sparkling wine made from Glera grapes, the traditional variety behind the iconic Prosecco style. Australia's cool-climate regions, including the King Valley in Victoria and parts of Tasmania and South Australia, have established strong reputations for producing Prosecco-style wines that reflect the character of their terroir while honouring the classic Italian tradition. Crafted using the Charmat method to preserve natural fruit freshness, the wine is light straw-yellow with fine lively bubbles. The nose offers white peach, pear, apple blossom and citrus zest, while the palate is crisp, refreshing and clean. Serve well chilled at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
