The Atypical series showcases unusual and expressive flavour combinations, with this expression featuring the sweet, fragrant character of apricot as the primary botanical. Crafted in small batches, the spirit reflects the distillery's ethos of quality, creativity and genuine craft. The nose is expressive and aromatic with vivid notes of fresh and dried apricot complemented by a subtle, clean spirit backbone. The palate is smooth and flavourful with apricot fruit character and a balanced, dry finish. Best enjoyed chilled or over ice. 500ml, 40% ABV.
