Singlefile Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a classic Western Australian white wine blend from this acclaimed Denmark estate, combining Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc — two varieties that are intrinsically suited to each other and to the cool maritime climate of the Great Southern. Singlefile's SSB benefits from Denmark's extreme cool conditions, producing a blend of vibrant aromatics, natural freshness, and the citrus structure and age-worthiness that Semillon contributes. Sauvignon Blanc provides the aromatic lift and tropical fruit freshness, while Semillon adds texture, waxy citrus character, and backbone. The wine presents a pale straw colour and a lively nose of citrus zest, passionfruit, fresh herbs, and a subtle Semillon waxiness.
