Apple Mistelle is a traditional fortified apple-based beverage made by combining freshly pressed apple juice with a grape or grain spirit to arrest fermentation, preserving the natural sweetness and fruit character of the apple. Mistelle-style beverages have a long tradition across Europe as an ingredient in aperitifs, digestifs and fruit-based wines. This expression delivers a rich, naturally sweet apple character underpinned by a warming spirit backbone. The colour is pale golden with a clear, bright appearance. The nose offers fresh, sweet apple aromas complemented by a gentle spirit warmth. On the palate it is smooth, sweet and fruit-forward with a clean, pleasant finish. Serve chilled as a standalone drink or use as a versatile flavour-forward ingredient. 350ml.
