Alkoomi Grazing Late Harvest is a dessert-style white wine from the Grazing Collection, crafted from grapes harvested at elevated sugar levels in the Frankland River sub-region of Western Australia's Great Southern. Late harvest wines are made by allowing grapes to hang on the vine longer than standard table wines, concentrating sugars, flavours, and natural acidity through water evaporation and further ripening. This wine is luscious and aromatic, presenting a golden straw colour and a richly perfumed nose of honey, ripe stone fruit, apricot, and citrus peel with floral notes. On the palate it is sweet and generously flavoured, with concentrated fruit, balancing natural acidity, and a long, honeyed finish. An excellent dessert wine to serve well chilled.
