Absolut Raspberri is a Swedish flavoured vodka built on Absolut's classic spirit — distilled from winter wheat and pristine water, and produced in the village of Åhus in southern Sweden, the single source of every drop of Absolut. First introduced in 2004, it draws on the wild raspberries found across the Swedish hillsides, layering that fruit over the same purity and smoothness as the original.
On the nose, it opens with fresh, tart raspberry and a hint of floral sweetness. The palate is rich and intense with bright, fruity wild-raspberry character, an underlying complexity of mixed sweet berries, and a creamy vanilla nuance. It finishes smooth and dry with a subtle peppery lift and lasting raspberry notes. Like the rest of the Absolut range, it's made exclusively from natural ingredients with no added sugar — drier and cleaner than many flavoured competitors, which makes it mix without throwing off a drink's sugar balance.
Served with: Pour over fresh ice with soda or lemonade for an easy long drink, finished with a few fresh raspberries. For something with more occasion, build a berry-forward Mule with ginger beer and lime, or use it as the base for a raspberry Collins with lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water.
