Absolut Lime is a Swedish lime-flavoured vodka built on Absolut's classic spirit — distilled from winter wheat and pristine water, and produced in the village of Åhus in southern Sweden, the single source of every drop of Absolut. Introduced in 2017 as a citrus sibling to Absolut Citron, it carries the same purity and smoothness as the original with the bright character of freshly pressed lime.
On the nose it's bright and citrusy, with freshly squeezed lime zest and a hint of lemon peel over a subtle sweetness. The palate is smooth and rich, with a distinct note of pressed lime, a tang balanced by just a touch of sweetness, and a clean, fruity finish. Like the rest of the Absolut range, it's made exclusively from natural ingredients with no added sugar, and its bright acidity cuts cleanly through cocktails — making it a versatile citrus base.
Served with: Excellent in a vodka soda with fresh lime, or stretched long with lemon-lime soda over ice. As a cocktail base it's a natural for a Moscow Mule with ginger beer and lime, or a lime twist on a Margarita with triple sec and fresh lime juice.
