Tasting Notes
Warm golden amber in the glass. The nose is complex, rich, and inviting — sweet fruit, toasted oak, warm spices, vanilla, caramel, and a subtle nuttiness, with light floral notes drifting through on the finish. The palate is the star — full-bodied, silky, and almost oily in the most pleasing way, delivering baking spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove alongside orange citrus, dried fruit, buttered toast, toffee, and a gentle Sherry nuttiness. Best enjoyed neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass to fully appreciate its complexity and signature pot still texture. A few drops of still water can open the nose further.
