The Sarpa expression is produced from a blend of pomace from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, distilled in traditional batch stills to preserve the aromatic character of the raw material. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml format. On the nose, the grappa presents a clean, grape-forward aroma with notes of fresh fruit, cherry and a subtle hint of wood. The palate is smooth and full, with the characteristic warmth of well-crafted Italian grappa.
