This expression is produced from four traditional grape varieties — Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard and Baco — grown on the estate's 105 hectares of vineyard. The spirit is distilled in a traditional alambic Armagnacais still and aged between 6 and 12 years in Gascony oak casks before blending and bottling at 40% ABV. On the nose, intense ripe fruit, plum, pastry and vanilla develop alongside subtle notes of dried flower and spice. The palate is rounded, smooth and delicate, with citrus, vanilla and characteristic Bas-Armagnac complexity. The finish is persistent and elegant.
