Chateau Chantelle Traditional Brandy is a French brandy produced and bottled at 37% ABV from wine-distilled spirit aged in oak casks. This brandy is produced using traditional French distillation methods and is designed to reflect the accessible, approachable style of French-produced brandy for the Australian market. On the nose, the spirit presents notes of caramel, light vanilla and dried fruit with soft floral undertones. The palate is smooth and rounded, with a gentle sweetness from the cask maturation, developing into notes of toffee and soft oak spice. The finish is of medium length, clean and slightly warming. Chateau Chantelle Traditional Brandy is available in both 700ml and 150ml bottle formats.
