The Tempus Two Silver Series imparts a level of style and sophistication to any dining occasion.
Fermentation followed using selected yeast strains at a cool temperature, and lasted for 2 weeks. Post fermentation the wine was racked of the ferment lees and remained on light lees to mature and develop until blended. The result is a superb, refreshing sparkling wine.
