Houghton Gladstones Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 honours acclaimed viticulturist and long-time supporter of Houghton, Dr John Gladstones, one of the great contributors to the Western Australian wine industry.

This iconic wine was created from superb Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Batley vineyard in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Dry grown, handpicked and crafted with indigenous yeasts using open top fermentation before maturation in high quality French oak barriques.

This outstanding wine displays all the hallmarks of a truly classical style that will reward extended cellaring over the next decade and more.
