Brancott Estate Classic Merlot is a vibrant Merlot, exhibiting crushed dark berry, cocoa and cedar aromas that are echoed on the palate. Fine tannins support the fruit for a smooth, lingering finish. This Merlot is well suited to a range of dishes including most forms of antipasto and red meat dishes such as seared eye fillet and roasted lamb. The wine will mature gracefully in the bottle for up to three years from release.
