Shipping Policy — Cellarbrations Como

Cellarbrations Como (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers shipping within Australia only. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2) Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible once payment is confirmed.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location, carrier, and seasonal demand.
Estimated delivery timeframe: up to 28 days from the date of purchase.
Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, remote area delivery limitations).
3) Shipping Fees
Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout or advised prior to dispatch.
4) Additional Charges, Customs, and Surcharges
By placing an order, you agree that any additional costs relating to delivery may be the customer’s responsibility, including (but not limited to): carrier re-delivery fees, incorrect address or failed delivery charges, remote area surcharges, special handling fees, and any other shipping-related fees charged to us by the carrier after dispatch.
If any such charges arise after the transaction, you authorise Cellarbrations Como to invoice you for the additional amount and/or bill the additional amount after the purchase where permitted by law and payment provider rules.
We will provide reasonable supporting information (e.g. carrier invoice/charge notice) upon request.
5) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us or delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailable receiver, or refusal of delivery, additional fees may apply to re-ship the order.
6) Authority to Leave & Risk
If you select (or the carrier applies) “Authority to Leave”, delivery may be left unattended. Once delivered, risk of loss passes to you.
7) No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue with the carrier and confirm next steps (where applicable).
