Brancott Estate Brut Cuvée is light lemongreen in colour, with a nose featuring delicate citric notes of lemon and cream combined with fresh bread and yeasty notes. The palate is fresh, long and elegant, with lemony citric elements and creamy yeast textural palate weight balancing the acidity, offering a long clean mineral finish. This wine is simply superb with Bluff oysters and cold-smoked salmon. Perfect drinking upon release but can be cellared for up to three years if more toasty notes are desired.
