Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is first aged in traditional wine barrels, before being finished in used Irish whiskey barrels. A deep crimson with bright purple hues, this Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and beautifully integrated, the complex palate offers cassis and roasted nut flavours, fine textural tannins and great length. From the glass, the wine exhibits aromas of vanilla, nuts and varietal cassis with ground spice and leafy notes. Pair this wine with roasted rack of lamb with chargrilled eggplant.
