Pale straw in colour with green hues, the wine has an aroma of fragant white flowers with rich notes of toasted sesame seeds and almond butter. On the palate, there are notes of juicy ripe peaches and toasted granola with a creamy finish. This Chardonnay pairs well with smoked salmon, perhaps in a creamy pasta dish, a baked camembert or charred chicken. Ideal to drink now, this wine will also age well for up to four years from vintage.
