The Pewter series embodies our style ethos; wines that taste as good as they look. Sourced from single vineyards in Australia’s premier wine regions, this collection offers wines that are expressive, distinctive and bold. This wine was sourced from premium old vine Barossa Valley vines. Fruit characters are ripe with balanced alcohol due to our vineyards fortuitous low cropping levels. Following harvest, the fruit for this wine was crushed, destemmed and fermented followed by maturation for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. This wine is drinking beautifully now and but will benefit over the next 5-10 years.
