The Copper series takes our winemaking spirit to a new level, offering hand-crafted, old world-style wines with an Australian twist. The Copper series is the epitome of modern style meets classic finesse.
Following on from the stylistic change to the winemaking process in 2014, the 2017 again underwent a portion of whole bunch fermentation. Older wood was still predominately used in the ageing process for 12 months, with the hope and intention that the true fruitful nature of the variety was able to shine through. The result is a lifted, delicate, pretty aroma and very approachable palate.
